Coty was investing a lot on their Wella range of hair care every year on hiring promoters to advise consumers at retail trade channels. They wanted to offer a consultancy solution that saved on retail promoters and yet kept the human touch alive.

Architected and developed a video conferencing platform where shoppers / consumers can communicate with Wella consultants in real time and get recommendations for hair color with shade number. The platform allows users / consumers to keep history of their treatments and get reminders for future treatments. The solution will be available in retail stores next to the products with through iPads and also available to download from the app stores (iOS and Android)
